This module makes it possible to create a dynamic field type “Link to Ticket".

Installation

 bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox DynamicFieldTicketLink-6.0.3.opm

Settings

This module does not require additional configurations.

Usage

When the module is installed, a new option will be enabled for the creation of dynamic fields called “Link of the Ticket”, and it is necessary to create the dynamic field being associated with the Ticket:

By placing this dynamic field on some screen regarding the creation of tickets, the attendant will be able to search for the tickets by the subject as well as by the number of the ticket, example:

The module brings only the first 9 results of the search in the database, in case the ticket is not appearing yet, it will be necessary for the attendant to specify more information.

It is also possible for the attendant to select more than 1 ticket to be associated.

And after choosing the tickets, it will look like this:

After its creation, the ticket will already be associated with the selected tickets previously:
